I'm Houston Knight — a Video Editor and content strategist based in Richmond, VA. Over the past three years at CoStar, I've grown from Associate Video Editor to Video Editor, earning a Top Performer recognition along the way. But the work I'm most proud of isn't always what ended up on screen — it's the tools I built, the workflows I redesigned, and the training sessions I led that made the whole team faster.
My background spans more than production. I hold an MS in Business from VCU Brandcenter with a concentration in Branding and Experience Design, and I spent a year as a B2B Marketing Specialist at Allianz Partners, where I ran campaigns, managed 15+ vendor relationships, and built performance tracking systems from scratch. I bring that same systems thinking to every creative project I take on.
